The Sandman Floor Company is owned by Mr. Martin Spizman, or simply “Marty” as he is known to his friends and customers. Marty has been in the flooring industry for all of his adult life–that’s 35+ years of solid experience as a residential and commercial flooring expert. Over the decades Marty has served Hardwood customers at stores located in the St. Louis, Missouri and San Diego California regional areas. He knows that lasting success only comes through time-tested values like honesty and hard work.

Now Marty is “Mr. Sandman,” a name honoring the honest labor needed to properly prepare a hardwood floor for refinishing. Mr. Sandman has assisted literally thousands of customers with their decorating— he’s dedicated to ensuring that their project both looks, feels – and is — of professional caliber all around. And the best news is that the choice to invest and rely upon the Sandman’s superior service needn’t cost any more than you’d pay to get what amounts to mediocre attention — or worse — from those outfits that can’t match the Sandman’s level of professionalism.

Now Marty brings his many years of flooring expertise to the Greater Los Angeles Area. The Sandman works in any location with a hardwood floor.
